Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy/Ethics) from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Previously, Joseph served as lead Attorney for the Lakota People’s Law Project, supervising a team of attorneys and interns to curate large amounts of discovery media for a high profile, nationally televised litigation event.

Joseph served as a Law Clerk for Commissioner Terrell McSweeny at the Federal Trade Commission, performing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to improve congressional and agency integrity.
